1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Kathalyst Design Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Kathalyst Design Studio provides digital product design services, including but not limited to the design of ebooks, courses, social media graphics, and brand identity elements. The specific services and deliverables will be outlined in your project proposal and agreement.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for services and/or products shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal, or Internet Bank Transfer.
To secure your project slot, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work commences.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion or the scheduled completion date, whichever occurs first.
The remaining 50% balance can be paid in installments as agreed upon by both parties. The installment payment plan will be detailed in the project proposal or a separate agreement.
In the event of late payment, an additional fee of 10% of the total project fee will be applied to the outstanding balance after five (5) days past the due date.
4. Revisions and Feedback
The number of revisions included in each package is outlined in the package descriptions. Additional revisions may be available at an additional cost.
Feedback should be provided in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.
5. Project Timelines
KATHalyst Design Studio will make every effort to meet agreed-upon project timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require adjustments.
Any significant changes to the project scope may affect the timeline and may incur additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you will receive full ownership and copyright of the final design deliverables.
Kathalyst Design Studio retains the right to use the final deliverables in its portfolio and for marketing purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Kathalyst Design Studio will keep all project-related information confidential.
You agree not to share any proprietary information or confidential materials related to Kathalyst Design Studio's processes or templates.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to that point.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kathalyst Design Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Tokyo, Japan.
11. Modifications
Kathalyst Design Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
