I'll review your existing brand elements at the start of the project to make sure everything translates well to the web. Each design package includes a specific number of revision rounds (usually 1-3) to ensure we achieve the perfect result. For my VIP Day Intensive, we'll work through revisions in real-time during our session.

Yes, with one of our packages. The Studio Site includes a collaborative copywriting process where I help you shape the words for your website, so your copy and design are built together from the start. If you're on a standalone branding or website package, I'm happy to recommend trusted copywriters I love.

Once we've finalized the project scope and you're ready to move forward, I'll send you an invoice outlining the payment details. I gladly accept payments via Paypal and Stripe.

Yes! To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining 50% can be paid upon completion or through a payment plan that we can discuss and agree upon.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial project work and secures your spot in my schedule. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible, and we'll work together to create a new timeline. Once the project is complete, the remaining 50% balance is due, even if you decide to cancel. This ensures fair compensation for the time and effort invested in your project.

My platform of choice is Showit. It gives me complete creative freedom to design something that feels genuinely custom, not like a template everyone else is using. It's also easy for you to manage after launch, no coding required. And because Showit integrates with WordPress, your blog lives there seamlessly.
That said, I work with other platforms too. If your business runs on Squarespace or Shopify, I can build and design within those as well. We'll talk through what makes the most sense for your goals before we start.

It depends on the package. For The Studio Site, no. Copy direction is part of the process, and we work through your messaging together before a single page goes live. For other website packages, having a draft ready before your project start date helps us stay on schedule.

Absolutely! Showit makes it easy for you to update your website content, images, and even some design elements without any coding knowledge. I'll also provide you with training and resources to help you manage your website with confidence.

Yes, all websites I design are fully responsive, meaning they will automatically adjust to look great on any device (desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones).

In addition to my design services, you'll need to cover other essential investments for your website, such as a Showit subscription plan, a domain name from a registrar like GoDaddy, and potentially font licenses and stock photos, depending on your preferences and needs. 

Yes, you can definitely use Showit even if you have a WordPress site and blog! Showit seamlessly integrates with WordPress, allowing you to have the best of both worlds. You can use Showit to design the front-end of your website (the visual part that visitors see) and use WordPress for your blog and content management.
