If assets aren’t received by the agreed handover date + grace period, your project will be placed on hold.
To restart and reschedule your slot, a Restart Fee of $150 per week will apply.

To secure your project date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All project assets (brand identity files, finalized copy, and images) must be submitted by the agreed handover date. A 3-day grace period will be provided. If assets are not received within that timeframe, the project will be placed on hold and a Restart Fee of $150 per week will be required to resume and reschedule your project.
