a project?
My turnaround time depends on the complexity and scope of the project.
Digital Products: Smaller projects like ebooks and social media templates can typically be completed within 3-5 business days.
Branding: Brand identity packages may take 10-14 business days.
Website Design: Website design projects vary in timeline depending on the complexity of the site and the number of pages.
VIP Day Intensive: For those who need results fast, my VIP Day Intensive allows us to complete your project within 8 hours of focused design time.
I'll always provide a clear timeline and keep you updated on the progress of your project.
03. What is your revision policy?
Your satisfaction is my priority! Each design package includes a specific number of revision rounds (usually 1-3) to ensure we achieve the perfect result. For my VIP Day Intensive, we'll work through revisions in real-time during our session.
04. Do you offer copywriting services?
While I'm a whiz with design, I don't offer copywriting services. However, I'm happy to recommend trusted copywriters who can help you craft compelling content for your brand and website.
05. What forms of payment do you accept?
Once we've finalized the project scope and you're ready to move forward, I'll send you an invoice outlining the payment details. I gladly accept payments via Paypal or Stripe.
06. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront.
The remaining 50% can be paid upon project completion or through a payment plan that we can discuss and agree upon.
07. what is your refund policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial project work and secures your spot in my schedule. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible, and we'll work together to create a new timeline. Once the project is 80% complete, the remaining 50% balance is due, even if you decide to cancel. This ensures fair compensation for the time and effort invested in your project.
